Carrot Cake 8” (8 – 12 servings)

A flavourful and wonderfully moist, spiced carrot cake covered in a fresh, cinnamon mascarpone frosting.

Chocolate Guinness Cake with Merlyn Welsh Cream Liqueur Buttercream 9” (10 – 14 servings)

What most think of as a traditional Irish drink, Guinness, some claim may have originated in North Wales. So to celebrate our ancestors we’ve created a deliciously dark and fudgy, Guinness filled cake with a dreamy Welsh Cream Liqueur Buttercream topping.

Lemon Drizzle Loaf (8 servings)

Lemony and delicious, this dense loaf cake is packed with flavour and finished with a zingy lemon and rosemary glaze.

Banana, Rum and Raisin Bundt Loaf (8 servings)

One of our personal favourites and packed with bananas, this moist bundt loaf is strewn with Rum soaked raisins and topped with a punchy Rum Icing.

Bara Brith (8 servings)

A Welsh classic, Bara Brith literally means speckled bread. A dense fruity loaf best enjoyed slathered with butter and a nice cup of tea.

All of our cakes and bakes are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and alcohol are handled. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle peanuts and nuts. Although we make every effort to work and adhere to the highest health and hygiene standards we cannot ensure that they are free from traces of these allergens.

Our layer cakes are best eaten at room temperature and will last well for up to five days if kept in a cool, dry place or in an air-tight container.

Our cake boxes are fully compostable and recyclable.

Our bakes are wrapped in greaseproof paper that is 100% biodegradable, home compostable, sustainably certified, unbleached and chlorine free.

Our stickers are compostable, recyclable, 100% FSC certified and made from acid free paper and we use biodegradable paper tape that can be both composted and recycled.

We are fully committed to minimising our impact on the environment. As such we try to keep our packaging to a minimum whilst ensuring that your bakes remain fresh and securely packaged.
