CLASSIC CAKES – DOUBLE LAYER

Delightful, double-layered cakes in a range of classic flavours. A simple yet scrumptious dessert for garden parties, events and celebrations in Snowdonia.

Victoria Sponge – A beautifully light sponge sandwiched with fluffy, vanilla buttercream and a generous layer of raspberry jam and topped with fresh fruit. Nothing quite beats a homemade Viccy Sponge!

Lemon Curd Cake – A delicate lemon sponge with luscious Welsh Lady lemon curd and a soft lemon buttercream.

Rich Chocolate Cake – One for chocolate lovers, this cake is rich, moist and chocolaty. Filled with fluffy chocolate buttercream and topped with a decadent chocolate ganache.

Coffee and Walnut Cake – A perfect accompaniment to your afternoon cuppa. A light coffee sponge filled with real walnuts, sandwiched with a delicious coffee buttercream and pecan praline; a tasty twist on this comforting classic.

All our layer cakes come decorated with buttercream, ganache or fresh, seasonal fruit/flowers as shown in the photographs.

All of our cakes and bakes are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and alcohol are handled. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle peanuts and nuts. Although we make every effort to work and adhere to the highest health and hygiene standards we cannot ensure that they are free from traces of these allergens.

Our layer cakes are best eaten at room temperature and will last well for up to five days if kept in a cool, dry place or in an air-tight container.

Our cake boxes are fully compostable and recyclable.

Our bakes are wrapped in greaseproof paper that is 100% biodegradable, home compostable, sustainably certified, unbleached and chlorine free.

Our stickers are compostable, recyclable, 100% FSC certified and made from acid free paper and we use biodegradable paper tape that can be both composted and recycled.

We are fully committed to minimising our impact on the environment. As such we try to keep our packaging to a minimum whilst ensuring that your bakes remain fresh and securely packaged.
