Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment is provided?

All specialised safety equipment will be provided for activities that require it, such as rock climbing, gorge walking, abseiling and mountaineering.

What do I need to wear?

All of our activities and experiences have a corresponding kit list which is available at the time of booking. These kit lists outline exactly what clothing and equipment you need to bring with you on the day.

Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

All of our catering services can be tailored to ensure that any allergies or dietary requirements are accounted for.

What if I have an allergy to certain foods?

All of our catering services require customers to submit an allergy form before the booking commences. You will be asked to specify any allergies intolerances or preferences on this form.

Is there an age limit for activities?

The age restriction depends on which activity you are looking to book. Most of our adventures can be tailored to suit children as young as 5, with the exception of Canyoning, Coasteering or Mountaineering.

Can I book activities without food?

Yes, all of our products can be booked individually or as part of a larger package.

Can I book food without activities?

Yes, many of our catering services can be booked in isolation.

Is there a maximum group size?

Whether you are just a couple or a large corporate group of 50 people, all of our activities and catering services can be tailored to suit groups of all sizes

Is there a minimum group size?

Depending on the product or service you are interested in we sometimes require a minimum group size of 4 to make the experience affordable. If you would like to book any service that has a minimum group size limit for a smaller group, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Do I have to supervise my children?

All under 18s require parental supervision to take part in any of our experiences or services.

Do I have to take part if my children are doing activities?

Depending on the activity or service, it may be necessary for parents to take part in to be able to supervise under 18s. In some circumstances, it is possible for parents to follow along with activities without actually taking part.

Can we bring our dog?

Since all of our experiences and services are organised on a private basis, you are welcome to bring well-behaved dogs along for the ride. As a company, we cannot accept responsibility for pets and so owners are reminded that if they do bring their dog along, it is at their own risk.

What happens if the weather is bad?

What if I want to cancel or change my booking date?

We will always try our best to be as flexible as possible with regard to rearranging booking dates. Please refer to our terms and conditions for information about our cancellation policy.

Do you deliver your food-based products?

Any pre-packaged food products such as hampers, cake boxes or packed lunches will need to be collected from Beddgelert. The exception to this is if the food products have been booked as part of an adventure experience, in which case your instructor will bring them to the meeting point for the day.
