The Snowdonia Sheperdess
Teleri and Ned manage a beautiful farm, close to our base in Beddgelert where they rear a small amount of incredibly healthy livestock every year.
With a clear ethos on doing things properly, these guys produce some of the finest grass-fed, ‘biodiversity’ beef and lamb you’re ever likely to come across.

D G Davies is a 30 year old, family run butchers based in the village of Penryhndeudraeth in Gwynedd. They specialise in supplying a wide variety of high quality, locally sources meat products, including Organic ‘salt marsh lamb’.

Tyddyn Teg’s 31 acre holding is run by a community of 10 members who work together to grow vegetables using organic methods to supply the local community with quality food.

Based near the village or Clynnog Fawr, not far from Caernarfon, Gwynedd, Henbant is a small farm that has made big ripples across the local and not so local community.
With their focus being on farming using the techniques of permaculture, they provide a wide range of high quality produce such as eggs, milk, meat and veg which we use in many of our catering options.
